Ingredients

2 Onion
2 Tomato
2 Green Chilli
1 spoon Ginger garlic paste
1 stick Cinamon
3 Cardamon
7 Cloves
1 bay Leaf
4 black pepper
Half Spoon Turmeric Powder
1 Cup Rice
Salt to taste
Vegitables like Peas, Carrot, Beans
2 spoon Ghee or oil

Method
------------

In a cooker heat the Ghee add Onions and cinamon stick, cardamon, cloves, bay leaf fry until onions are become brown.
Then add Ginger garlic paste fry few mints. add green chilli and Tomato.
Add Vegitables and rice fry few mints. then add 2 cups of water, salt, turmeric mix them well and presure cook it.
Yellow Pulav is ready , eat with raita. tastes good.
