Ingredients

 Timare bunch of them Dry Red chilli 3 Garlic 1 pod Onion half Tamarind little Salt

 Method

Grind them all together to fine paste. Finally add tadka. Oil, mustard seeds, garlic, dry red chilli and curry leaves.

Ingredients

Coconut shreded 1/2 cup
Green chilli 3 to 4
Ginger 1 inch
2 tsp bengal gram/chana dal(optional)
Tamarind very little or lemon juice
Salt to taste

For Tadka
------------

Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Urad dal 1/4 tsp
Dry red chilli 1
Curry leaves
Oil 1 tsp

Method
------------

Grind the coconut, roasted gram, green chillies, Tamarind/lime and ginger to a fine paste using a little water. Pour the paste/chutney into a bowl and adjust the consistency using suitable amount of water.
Heat the oil in a pan on medium level for about 2 minute(s) till it is hot enough. Add the mustard seeds. Let them splutter and then add the black gram (urad dal), red chillies, curry leaves. Fry till the urad dal turns red and pour it on the chutney.
Add salt to the chutney.
Serve it with Idly, dosa or vada.

Half coconut grated
3 dry red chillies.
Small lemon sized tamarind.
One small bittergourd.
One small onion(cut into very small pieces).
2 tsp Oil to fry
Salt to taste

Method

Clean the bittergourd and cut into very small pieces. Fry in oil till it turns brown. Then add onions, fry it for 2 mints.
Grind grated coconut, roasted red chillies, tamarind, salt with very little water to make chutney. Mix the fried bittergourd pieces and onion with the chutney and serve with rice. Tastes very good. I never thought that this recipe rocks, My Hubby liked this chutney a lot.....

1 tsp Cumin seeds
Curry leaves
1 tsp Mustard seeds
Oil to fry
5 Red chilli
1 Small Onion chopped
1/4 cup Tamarind juice
1 tsp Urad dal
Salt to taste

Method

Pour oil in a pan. Put the onion and fry it for 2 min.
Then put the red chili and fry it.
Grind the onion, red chili, cumin seeds, tamarind, Salt.
Pour oil in a pan and add mustard seeds & urad dal, after popped put curry leaves.
Then pour the grinded mixture into it. Cook for five min.
Serve with Idli, Dosa.

Method

Mix all these ingredients in a mixer. Then add small pieces of Dry fish.
Dry fish Chutney is ready. Tastes very good with rice.

Wash Mint leaves. Grind it to a smooth paste with green chillies, salt and tamarind. You can add water if the mixture is thick.

1 Spoon Urad dal
3 Red Chilli
5 Spoon Greatted Coconut
1 Garlic
Half Spoon Tamarind
Salt
1/2 tsp Oil


Method

In a hot pan add some oil Fry Urad dal and Curry leaf seperatly Until color changes.
Grind All these ingredients.
In Karnataka it is Served as side dish / dipping for Idly , dosa, rice.


Note:Curry Leaf is used to treat kidney disorders, digestive disorders, premature grey hair, premature aged look, skin problems, nausea, vision disorders etc.

In a hot pan pour some oil fry Garlic.
Then Grind all ingredients with garlic, add some water accoding to thickness of chutney.

Grind all These Ingredients with little water. Add salt according to your taste.

In a pan put half spoon oil to fry Urad dal. Fry for 3 to 4 mints.
Then add all these ingredients with Urad dal to the grinder and grind it.

Grind all these Ingredients. Add some water Accordingly to the desired thickness of Chutney.

1 Young green Mango (peeled and cut in to small pieces )
Half spoon Mustard seeds
2 to 3 Green chillis
1 Garlic
6 spoon Grated coconut or 1/2 cup
salt to taste

Method
------------

Grind all these Ingredients with salt according to your taste.
This Goes very well with Rice(Ganji). This is one of my fav and easy Chutney. It Tastes very good.
