Ingredients

2 cup Rice
Half cup Urad dal
1 handful of Chana dal
1 handful of Toor dal
salt
Half tbsp sugar(optional)
Method
------------
Soak rice, urad dal, chanda dal, toor dal for 5 hrs.
First grind rice and then add urad dal, chana dal, toor dal, salt mix upto fine paste.
Finally add sugar and mix well, keep this batter in a hot place like oven for almost 6 hrs.
Then you can make dosa. Eat this with potato bhaji or coconut chutney. Tastes really very good.
