Ingredients

1 cup rice
3 dry red chilli
Half tbsp Jeera
1 tbsp Coriander seeds
1 small piece Jagarry
Half tbsp Methi seeds
Little Tamarind
1 onion
7 Spoon greatted coconut
salt

Method

soak rice for 2 hrs.
In a heat pan add 3 drops of oil and fry Methi seeds for 3 mints.
In a Grinder put all these Ingredients and grind well ,add little water according to the thickness of batter.
In a heat pan pour dosa batter and make very thin dosa add drops of oil to it. Eat with chutney.
