Ingredients

1 Cup Boiled Rice
1 Onion
1 bunch mint Leaf
Half bunch Coriander leaf
2 Green chilli
4 spoon Gratted coconut
2 Tomato
1 stick cinamon
6 cloves
3 Cardamon
5 Garlic
1 Piece Ginger
Vegitables like peas, beans, carrot, coliflower, capsicum.
salt
2 spoon oil
Method

In a pan heat oil and fry Mint leaf and green chilli .
Then Grind these Mint leaves and green chilli, gratted coconut, tomato, cinamon, cloves, cardamon, coriander leaves, garlic, ginger.
In a pan heat oil and fry onion add all vegitables and stir well for 10 mints.
Then add grinded masala to the pan, add salt to your taste and cook this mixture for few mints.
Add boiled rice and mix well. Your Veg Biriyani is ready. Eat with raita.
