Ingredients

4 Red chilli
Half tbsp coriander seeds
Half tbsp Jeera
little Tamarind
1 spoon Turmeric powder
4 clove Garlic
1 piece Ginger

Method

Grind all above ingredients to fine paste.
In a bowl add the above grounded masala, then add 3 tbsp cornflour mix it.
Then add Chicken pieces and mix well. Keep it for 3 hrs.
Before frying this chicken, dip into beaten Egg and fry. It Tastes really very good. This recipe is from my sister Puneeta. I love this chicken fry.
