Ingredients

1 Cup rice
6 Star anise
6 cloves
5 black pepper
2 cinnamon sticks
1 bunch Spring onion
half Cabbage chopped
half cup peas
1 carrot
1 Onion
1 Capsicum sliced
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp Green chilli sauce
1 green chilli sliced
1 pinch of Aginamoto
3 spoon oil
salt
Method
------------
In a food processor add 6 Star anise, 6 cloves, 5 black pepper, 2 cinnamon sticks, little salt grind it. (This masala can use for some other recipes also).
Boil the rice with little salt and half spoon oil in a water.
In a pan heat oil, add onion fry for few mints, then add cabbage, green chilli fry for 6 mints.
Then add soya sauce, green chilli sauce, carrot, capsicum fry few mints.
Add 1 spoon grinded masala powder, salt, peas, little aginamoto mix well.
Add boiled rice, spring onion and mix well.
