Ingredients

5 spoon Curd
Coriander leaves
1 cup boiled rice

To Grind
--------------
2 green chilli
1 piece Ginger
5 spoon Greated coconut

For seasoning
---------------------
1 spoon Oil
1 Spoon Mustard seeds
1 red chilli
Curry leaves

Method
------------
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, red chilli and curry leaves.
Once spluttering of Mustard seeds add grinded masala to this pan and fry till raw smell goes.
Then add curd, salt according to your taste. Turn off the gas.
Add boiled Rice and mix well and garnish with Coriander leaves.
