Ingredients

3 Boiled Eggs
4 tsp Besan Flour
1 tsp Rice Flour
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Ginger garlic Paste
Pinch of Asafoetida(Hing)
Pinch of cooking soda
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method
---------
In a bowl mix besan, rice flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, hing, cooking soda and salt with little water.
Cut the Eggs in to 4 Pieces.
Heat the Oil on medium heat. Gently Dip the eggs in a batter and fry the eggs in oil until color changes.
