Ingredients

Ripe Mango-1
Sugar-1/4 cup
Curd-1 cup
Ice Cubes-3
Elaichi Powder-A pinch

Method
-------------
Take Out the purl of ripe Mango.
Take a juicer jar and transfer this mango pulp into it.
Now add curd, sugar, elachi powder and ice cubes and blend it till smooth.
Now transfer this lassi into a bowl and garnich with Saffron.
